Hi JS, For about 30 years I've lived within sniffing distance of farmland. In Wisconsin that stuff steams when it gets cool out!

I was beginning to think much of my portfolio had been shoveled out of a barn! Can't complain, though, I've given back a few $$ from last month's close, but still have a +27% year going (through last Friday).
