The warnings are bad enough but with the last of Greenspan hikes not yet fully ( .5%in May ) having it effect in the economy ( usually six to nine months ) I do not feel we are through this period . It is interesting that the gentleman at the Federal Reserve keeps thanking technology for increasing productivity which keeps inflation under control but he seems determine to destroy it . The one thing that is certain if this keeps up we will have a recession or the old gentleman will have to lower interest rates

I'll guess we repeat last Friday: drop sharply at the open, and then people realize, "Hey, this is all just PC-related, other stuff is safe", and we climb slowly back. My drunk monkey throwing darts in the dark (I recently hired him to improve my short-term predictions) says tomorrow's range is 69-74, close at 74.
