Blake,

I didn't see your post, because you addressed it to Carl.

What size company do you work for?

One of the largest.

What is your job description?

Design manager

What products does your employer make / sell?

A broad range of semiconductor and electronics.

I've nothing to hide, unlike you and scum.

My interest in privacy relates to work, not SI. DaveB knows exactly who I am.

What is your interest in poisting?

I don't poist ;^) I have no financial interest in Rambus. I could choose DRDRAM if it made sense for my product, but it doesn't. Fundamentally I am an educator (I worked for several years as a teacher) and I like to share my knowledge with others. I saw misinformation being spread a few years ago about DRDRAM, and I saw Intel take the bait. It bothered me and I started posting about it.

Let me state again. I have no information about DDR IP. I think DRDRAM is a good choice for a certain class of applications. My take is that DRDRAM is not a good choice for a CPU motherboard at the current time.

I know that you have a hard time understanding this, but I post strictly as a matter of conscience.

BTW: I don't appreciate being called names.
