After this mania dies, there really should be legislation banning all commercial touting of securities, period. Or heavy scrutiny of their transactions during the tout period. I totally agree, these crims operate with no shame, accountability, or responsibility. In the meantime the SEC is out rounding up 15 year old kids. The whole system reminds me of Ice's sheep picture with the SEC and houses as the guy in the driver's seat and the retail investor playing the role of the sheep.
