edamo. as always, no one can argue when looking at an empty pail. however, on the best of words, sales remain fine. i don't believe they're exaggerating

if the market can justify a valuation of SUNW who is sitting at the proposed top, they should be able to justify a higher market cap for Dell who is sitting at a two year low with no pretentious weakness in sales. if sales were weak, or growth below 20% the price would have justification. that is not the case.

MD stated he will take marketshare from SUNW and EMC. When 80% of the business community is not unified in the systems they purchase (most hospitals, for example, are running on six different systems per hospital), and since these same institutions have yet to make unified buying decisions, is it not possible for Dell to pull this off in increasing frequency?

why should I put my Dell dollars into SUNW whom MD states is NOW the hunted?

Globally, Dell remains a small comparative player in Asia and Latin America. Yet both Asia and Latin America are experiencing among the fastest IT growth rates! And, from good indication Dell's Latin American sales are finally picking up.

Dell's Asia growth exceeds 70%. Asia contains 2/3rds of the worlds population.
