Michael97123, Yes, the "Riser Specialists" take long vacations. They usually work from Oct until Feb or Mar or Apr of the next year when the other Workers called the "Landing Experts" have their turn to work on the StairCase Landing. The Riser builders are ready and itching to do their part but the main problem is that the AMAT YoYo Kid is still cowering in fear at the Lower Steps --- too scared of GrandPa Greenspan who admonished him not to play on top of the 2-step Landing (at 95 and 110) yet. He is worried also about the Beatings his playmates like TXN, INTC, AAPL, etc are enduring from their Paid Analyst uncles. Don't worry, by the time the AMAT Kid overcomes his fears so as to play again on top of the Landing --- we will see Risers and Steps (All Time Highs) upon Risers and Steps being built again.
