He says that the Dell goes AMD rumor is back in Taiwan:

I'd believe it. Even though we have been burned in the past by such optimism, they were the source of the Willy delayed rumors today. And they do know that Intel has a huge whole in their product roadmap for next year. What could Intel offer them?

DELL's AMD Comments.DELL SAYS NO WAY TO AMD
Don't expect to see AMD chips in Dell machines anytime soon. CEO Michael Dell called AMD's technology "too fragile" for the world's leading PC manufacturer. While he said AMD is making good progress with its Athlon chips, they won't hold up to the "lunatic fringe" customers who use and heavily customize Dell machines. His comments are bad news for AMD, which has gone to great lengths to build the Athlon brand and compete against rival Intel. They're also a bit surprising, given the shabby treatment he's gotten from Intel. His company lost hundreds of millions of dollars because of Intel's component shortage. Dell said he doesn't care which chip is inside, as long as his customers have something reliable. Click for more. Do you think Dell is off-base on AMD? Take our Quick Poll.

The reader poll disagreed with Dell 85% to 15%. Pretty wide margin.
