Hi David, what I cannot figure out is this; true, everyone would have to admit that a carrier's ability to charge more for calling has certainly diminished but because most of us spend more time on long distance our phone bills are probably three times as much as they would be if calls were higher. Am I the only one with an average PERSONAL phone bill of three hundred or so a month? Just asking. V
