Hammer: Schippers' party affiliation blows whichever way the wind blows. He's just trying to make some fast bucks with his book. He's a shameless opportunist. That's all he is. Bottom line: One can make more money bashing Clinton than one can defending him. If Schippers had written a book defending Clinton, would it be plugged on Limbo's show or North's show or Liddy's show? Heck no. He'd have to wait for "Booknotes" with Brian Lamb at 11 o'clock Sunday night. Zzzzzz. You saw the C-Span segment when Schippers was on Ollie's radio show. How many times did North plug the book? A dozen times in an hour? (And don't forget, you get a 15% discount when you order it off Ollie's Web site.) It's all a bunch of hokum. You're smarter than to believe that. Re: "Had Clinton been a Republican he would have been hounded from office." Disagree. If that is true, then why haven't the Dems run Dan Burton out of Washington, D.C.? Lest we forget, it wasn't the Dems that ousted Tricky Dicky. It was the right wing of the Republican Party.
