Teresa, thank you for the link, I whish I would be able to have a read on international money flow but for us plain mortals such information is VERBOTEN <GG>.

I think international money flow is of the upmost important for the world stability and US national security, and there was a real reason why Robert Rubin joined Citibank after leaving "early" his government job.

Not to dwell to much in assumption I do not know how international money flow can be tracked, or the intention of certain countries who sit on substantial amounts of dollars such as China or ME OPEC countries will act in the future...... and as once an high ranking official once told me that US military might is more than just keeping US borders safe and the Desert Storm was not only about OIL <GG> kind of fits some aspects of Orlin Grabbe theory.

Balance of payments is one think but the move of money is quite different.
