OK Vipe,
You should know not to ask for thoughts or opinions....

""Just a crazy thought here as I re-read GZ's comments from Friday... Do you suppose this new hire might be able to do a financial deal for a fraction of the cost of Bohn and Morgan? After all, a half a million $$$ is nothing to sneeze at for a company that's watching it's budget. This would certainly explain their quick exit. Any thoughts?

VIPER-------<

P.S. I've been running this all through my mind and the only reason that I can see to dump Bohn and Morgan is that they weren't needed after all. Also, it does look to me like a friendly departure on both ends. Handled in a professional way by good business people. IMO, FWIW. Open to opinions. ""

The Script was well written...
The Actors played their part....
The Play was critiqued....
and now....
Encore time

Now, help me out here with your thoughts on these.
I wonder if Bohn and Morgan own any PNL shares?
I wonder why anyone needed sunglasses this summer?
I wonder why the company would not buy back shares at such depressed levels.
I wonder when visiting PNL chat, where some of the vocal cheerleaders went on such a interesting week?
I wonder why Roy (with strong DD) was buying at 1.5?
I wonder who was selling from 1.85 to 1 dollar BEFORE the news came out?
I wonder why such a jewel would need Bohn and Morgan?
I wonder where Allen is?
I wonder why Johnny still posts under his sisters acct?
I wonder why a three year chart looks like it does?
I wonder why Doc has had a bad taste in his mouth since the PC?
I wonder why Doc did not sell at 5 dollars?
I wonder why Bill Gates has not invested here?
I wonder why, if the earth is REALLY round, why we need to turn around?
Oh, some many questions!
SH Doc

I was watching a bicycle race in the Olympics, and the announcer recognized right away that the lone cycler in the lead was doomed because he insisted on pushing all the wind by himself; and would eventually be caught by the pack, who were efficiently aligned -- something to do with power in numbers and wind resistance and all that. He was, and they did.

And so it goes with PNL. They need to align themselves … with funding and a bigger player with staying power. Time is no longer on their side. Major players like CMRC are entering the B2B scene with vigor. Cash is burning at 200k per month, etc. It is time to set the right course.

I don't know why the power play with Bohn and Morgan didn't work out, but it is not the end of PNL. They still face the same issues and priorities they did before. But now they have looked the beast in the eyes and have finally acknowledged that customer counts are not materializing, that the business model needs to change to a transaction fee basis, and that venture funding needs to be arranged.

Whatever momentum Bohn and Morgan put in place will be revealed in due time.
If they planted any seeds, they are still entitled to a 5% commission, per the 8-k filed on 9/29:
"In the event that Bohn, Morgan and/or GlobalNet, or
any of their respective Affiliates, shall at any time first introduce to the
Company another Person after the date hereof that (i) causes an equity or debt
investment to be made in the Company or (ii) enters into a contract or other
arrangement with the Company that results in the Company actually realizing
revenue from such introduction, the Company shall pay to GlobalNet 5% of the
amount of such investment or revenues."

If they came aboard but planted nothing, we may be better off righting our course now.

We may be flailing like the Olympic swimmer who barely finished, but we are determined to finish nonetheless. I'm not sure what to make of all this flailing , but PNL has been preparing for this opportunity for a long time, and I'm still holding.

Viper, The one thing I was worried about was being absorbed into some of B & M other activities and leaving the shareholders holding the bag. Thankfully that was avoided.
