By that I mean: (1) it does not have a GUI interface and (2) it is in the form of a J script file and most people are not familiar with J (note J is not JAVA but a modern dialect of APL). I had planned to implement a GUI interface and distribute the package as freeware but my work and travel schedule is such that this project along with several others has been relocated to the back burner. I hope to get caught up with this and many other projects in the early part of next year since my time situation will be more stable. In the interim if you want to implement this algorithm in the near future then please feel free to do so. If you want to correspond with me through private email, I'll be happy to clear up any questions that might arise with the algorithm.
