If you can discover the percentage of the company that Biacore obtained, you'll have an approximate valuation -- eyes of Biacore.

I'm currently using $30 million, and that's a figure plucked out of the dark. There is a detailed attempt to value Axiom, in this thread, by RCMac.

No, no one. We haven't been told enough by KDUS or anyone else, though not for lack of trying (Rick's, Stefaan's and others').

I did try to put a value on some of the pieces of KDUS in post #219 on this thread: Message 14344049

Stefaan Bafort had earlier, in #208, made a resourceful stab at the Axiom piece: Message 14214616

But we can't really know, because they're not saying.

But for my own back-of-the envelope calculations I've been saying the KDUS interest in Axiom is worth somewhere in the $10 million - $50 million range (which is sort of like Rick's $30 million, only less firmly stated).

But as I posted earlier, if you use $10 million for the Axiom piece and add the $25 million cash, you get almost $3.00/share on the most static of value-player's calculations, i.e., without adding anything for either (a) any future royalty stream from the OSIP license, or (b) any future deals in which KDUS might leverage its IP.

I'll think I'll hold on.
