Although I disagree with the direction of the military, it is the only reason you enjoy any of the freedoms that you still have left.knc

My school district fell for that. Applied to the federal program, got an ok with a promise to pay the bill. They wired the classrooms, sent copies of the bills to the programs to the feds. Got $0.00 back from the feds.
