I can explain.

They must have been polling the SI - Strickly Drilling thread by mistake. I for one am very bullish on oil/energy stocks for the next 6 months.

;)

In all seriousness that is a VERY remarkable number as far as sentiment readings go.

<<BigBear ;o} (that's for the Winkster)>>

Wrt the overall market, you may well be right on. I am quite uncertain, therefore 35% cash, 12% gold, and the rest in the patch. I was into margin on SPR news dip last Monday.

Also sold some Oct calls on gold and recent patch buys.

Good luck. Winkman

Big Bull:

OT

We must recognize that while the tech stocks continue acting very poorly, the value sectors of the market are doing quite well in many cases. In other words the overall market continues to act much better than the averages. My guess is that Don Hays will be right about one more strong rally. But tech will be a lagger rather than a leader.

Gold stocks continue to act very poorly unfortunately. This could change at any moment but the near direction continues to be down.
