Thanks for the info. It is still unclear to me what the status (inclusion) of LDT is in future chipsets. I guess the consensus is that plain 760 doesn't have it, but 760 MP or 770 may have it.

The NUMA style architecture is intriguing. I wonder if one of the OEMs takes AMD's solution and tries to promote it. The rumors of Compaq working on AMD based servers is the most encouraging.

The larger size DRAM chips may make this unnecessary (36 1Gb chips is 4GB per DIMM).

Is this in production? I thought that the industry was only now beginning to ramp up 256 Mbit chips.
