First, can you show me who on this thread said that Intel's PE should be expanding?

I don't know what you are using as your performance measure, revenue or profit. If you are using profits, you should realize that Intel is investing in new business that are not profitable, and that effects their earnings. IAG earnings growth without the new business drag would probably justify PE expansion, if you are inclined to give Intel the benefit of the doubt on the new business.

But that's looking backwards, I'm more concerned with looking forward.
