Is Lycos that strapped for cash that it needs the float on the overcharge? An overcharge should be refunded, i.e. credited to the subscriber's credit card, not carried forward as a credit to be applied to next month's bill.

So let me get this straight. This charge on my credit card, 09-12 QUOTECOM $133.20, was for September. On October's billing cycle, which should hit somewhere around October 10th, I will be billed $93.20. And then in November, again somewhere around the 10th, I will see the refund for September as a billing reduction for November, so I will be billed $53.20. Then in December I will be billed for what will be my normal December billing which would then be $93.20? Is that correct?
