Glenn you are right on all counts as usual.

amzn never did anything better than manufacturing stock and then selling it.

And look at pcln. What a ghastly fraud. I believe their projections for profitability were supposed to have been realized by now. Walker sold a bunch of shares a while back at much higher levels, saying he was putting the proceeds into a new co that would partner with pcln. I've since wondered what he really did with the money!
