And have you forgotten the nefarious means by which a Republican administration moved money and weapons around the globe during from Iran-Contra? Generally, who makes more money off of worldwide arms sales, Republicans or Democrats? What foreign leaders (dictators even) get bought off or plugged or supported over the will of people, in order to make these arms sales happen? Think CIA connections help here? Hey, it wouldn't surprise me if the Bush camp had(s) a mole in the CIA and lots of what's recently been in the press regarding the Chinese fundraising thing could have been a result of mischief. Anything's possible.
