What the gold bugs don't seem to be realizing is that the speculative bubble is shrinking rapidly. Yahoo was $140+ just six months ago. Now it's 88. Intel was 65 6 months ago. Now it's 42. Amazon was 70, now 34.

The big "Crash" scare tactics are based on a situation that no longer exhists. Stocks may still be somewhat overpriced, some ridiculously so, but the majority of the "speculative excesses" are gone.
