PC users will upgrade once again. It won't matter whether it's evolutionary or evolutionary. IMO

Also, in a couple of years there will be 30% - 50% more PCs in the workplace and home. MSFT sales and earnings will reflect this.

yes, it will beyond w98 such as w95 was to w3.1. The point being people will go out and buy it. I don't see anyone rushing out to buy ME and the only income generated from ME is new computer sales.
