South, as I understand it, He had hoped to cut into Seibel, but Siebel is kicking his butt. If this is true, do you think ORCL will get hurt in the near future as far as returns and stock price? Or is there so much business that they both will do well?

Really? I don't even hear about them anymore. At their best, they were more hot air and wishful thinking than real tools, something people bought only because they came from Oracle, not because they actually accomplished anything. Last I heard they were drifting back and forth trying to find a direction that lasted longer than a week or two, but for all I've heard of them lately, they could still be out wandering in the desert waiting for the vision. I know that companies like Oracle have a way of selling millions of dollars of product while no one else can figure out why they would sell anything, but is there really a meaningful thrust here at this point?
