anybody know how to permission realtick in TAL.INI so that I can use ARCA to trade NYSE stocks?

I dunno. I'll try it. But I generally only use daily charts to find support and resistance and setups for the next day. If I want to actual dollar moves, I scale it myself with the page up/page down keys.
