Hi Harry:

All the PnF indicators are in O’s.

NYSE BP - Os 45.7%
Option BP - Os 40.4%
10 Wk MA - Os 42.2%
High-Low Idx - Os 48.4%
20 Bond - Os $95.980

I think the analyst are now trying to save the market while in early September they cut the Summer rally right at its knees.

We’ll the big question is do we have a NAZ dump or continue with this relief rally. Not much of a rally so far but there is one heck of a wall of worry. Still maybe not enough of a worry. The analyst talking won't do any good we need buyers.

I thought we could rally into early next week BUT if we don’t have continuation tomorrow the weakness is telling us worse things are on the horizon. So be ready to bail.

I’m still seeing many chart breakdowns so any rally will be in a few stocks and short lived.

The DOW chart looks to be ready to break to the upside on a triple top break. Will need some good news from the components that haven’t warned.

The NAZ looks to be on life support but the OptionBP is back to 40 level (of course it can go to 0).

The S&P also looks pretty bad.

CMRC needs to hold over the 200 ema today, 60ish, or it goes lower.

QLGC breakdown and maybe people are remembering the ANCR dilution.

207.61.23.98

IBM

207.61.23.98

ENTU – a flyer with high short interest.

207.61.23.98

GE

207.61.23.98

MSFT

207.61.23.98

I wonder what happens if MSFT & IBM disappoint with either earnings or forward guidance.

Harry & CLINT are either of you in any positions at this time?

Tim
