Joe, Smart rich people in this country don't pay much in the way of taxes. That's an urban legend. No it isn't. I know a number of wealthy people who shelter their money in trusts and foundations. One very large SV company provides their employees a simple and very effective tax shelter strategy through stock options donated to a local "foundation". Scumbria
