The new FD reg prohibits Selective Disclosure . 4 Companies were cited by the SEC as examples to justify the FD reg. 2 of the 4 Company examples were of AAPL and PIXR. Maybe CFO Fred and Mr J know you don't mess with the Feds. Jim K.
