Yup. THAT's what I want. More reasons to be handcuffed. Our local police department got rid of their shotguns because they didn't want to be outgunned by criminals. Guess what, they've never been outgunned by criminals! I live in one of those low crime-rate neighborhoods. Sounded like rifle-envy to me. Shotguns are non-penetrating weapons of limited range. 5.56mm M-16 rounds are lethal after going through several walls.

The STreet, in my state, where you live free or die, there is no seat belt law (you are free to die), but minors (under the age of 12) are protected from irresponsible parents by having a seat belt law all to themselves, should that law be enforced rigidly?
