I expect the company will keep selling as fast as permitted under the agreement

I was told that is exactly what they intend to do but I was not told why. I do expect the stock to drop after 3rd qtr #'s and I do suspect they do too. So, let's get the damn thing behind us. A distributor today's said the following to me today " we should be able to offer data soon, and the
lid will blow off this thing."

RS, <<management's job is to preserve the company's liquidity, not to game the stock market.>>

It's seems hard to believe that this type of "sell at any price mentality", is necessary.. Given the fact that BLS has stated on many occasions that "Financing is not a problem because the "SP's are standing behind Globalstar!!"

So what can we conclude from this activity? It's easy to sympathize with M1's argument that "BLS' dumping of endless amounts of shares into the market just before 3Q numbers isn't a good sign," however: management's job is to preserve the company's liquidity, not to game the stock market.

RS, no problem with the premise stated, but what liquidity problem needs to be addressed 3Q? I thought we were good through end of year? Don't we have to conclude from this that projected MOUs through December are abysmal?

Pierre

edit: didn't see yours before I posted, PCSTEL. Same question but yours wasted less bandwidth.

Who knows how the market will react to Q3's numbers?

BLS' actions indicate that he knows, or at least has a good idea. Just like he most likely knew that G* would nose dive after the last secondary offering (at 35).

BLS has a very good history of knowing when to sell equity into the market (although his personal track record is spotty with respect to purchasing G* / Loral).
