Pierre, I agree that this "seemingly desperation move" with the Bear Sterns deal does not make "rational sense". Especially, within the context of the continued selling at Market Price. Of course I am observed as a "basher", but, maybe BLS is preserving liquidity for survival during a "Reorganization"?? Obviously, He knows the numbers, He knows the status of the roll out, Projected MOU and revenue targets. He know's the timetable for IFN etc.. If he realizes that it's not going to make it... Then preservation of liquidity to operate while in BK would seem to be a "viable alternative". Now, I know I am going to get some "unhappy replies", So I am open to any others' "positive spin" on why this "sell at any price mentality" is taking place when GLP still has 7 months of liquidity at the current "Cash Burn Rate". It appears that given the current "sell at any price mentality". That the support of GSTRF common is not at the top of BLS priority list. So maybe he see's this as "free money"?? We can ASSUME that Quarterly results will not be posted until after the Bear S. sales are complete. We know that sub adds from the G* CC and the Loral CC last quarter went from 12,000 to 13,000. (Not a Hockey Stick). And don't forget that the other Phone Manufactures ERCIY TELIT are not VF'ing any of the phones, they probably want paid!! How long could G* continue operations with 250 million in the bank, under BK protection?? PCSTEL
