Scumbria, Legal threats against SI posters is not a good idea. It won't make you very popular among your audience. Maybe you can direct him to the RMBS thread, where he will feel at home. But seriously, I think we should stop replying to him. Any reply to him only brings more of his self promoting posts. Joe

Neither is public slander. I assure you, it is not a threat; it is a promise. I have already contacted SI for this individual's name and address, and intend to pursue legal action against him. I wonder how many of you here believe in open defamation of character at SI of anyone who disagrees with certain opinions. I would hope a very tiny minority. He stated "from a dubious source." I would ask all of SI by what right he made that comment. It is scandalous, and typical of those who have an agenda here. It will not go unanswered.
