Why do you say "the SP's pledged this money before the Bear S deal"?

G* announced the BS deal took down the first tranche on 9/19.

The deal with the partners was announced on 9/25.

They commmitted to buy at $10.71/share, with a 90 day stand still provision, knowing that 95M$ worth of stock was to be offered right after their purchase. That shows a certain amount of "partner support" to me.

It's also not true that "Of course the "pre-sold" minutes
became "pre-commited" minutes, and we have heard nothing about them sense (sic) then." The Q2 financial report indicates 23.12M "committed gross service revenue to be recognized as service is provided"
