It's my my understanding that even if the final patent ruling goes against Cadus, this doesn't affect the Court decision and the damage award remains reversed. In any case, I doubt either party wants to go back to court again. As I've posted before, I believe Cadus is so undervalued (just based on their Axiom holding) a reasonable explanation for the stock's low level is that someone (e.g.; Icahn so he propose a dirt cheap buyout price) is making sure the price stays down. I might note that I've also phoned Glass and he's similarly not returned my message. Well, I guess we'll eventually find out what's going on.
