Stephen .. Seems to me we are in actuality ....

in FULL Capitulation Mode.

Sector by sector. Chips ... DotComs .. Telcoms .. More ..

Frankly I don't think we need to see much more ... it's to me a way to drive the market down so the Big Boys can suck up shares. The economy is not in a such sad state that Capitulation is absolutely necessary. It occurred on the NAZ recently .. end of March to May.

However .. The NAZ shot out of the TOP Line of 3 year LRC from 1/1/00 to 4/10/00 (4150 and above) .. and it all needs to adjust and Settle Up. Today we find the NAZ at the Bottom Line of 3 year LRC near $3361 ... which is close to the ... the 4 year LRC Bottom Line near $3324 as support. I'm looking at the Linear Regression Channel as Support .. especially TODAY as is reinforces the Support area I mentioned earlier.

The NAZ is also showing a Tweezer Bottom on the Monthly Chart. I'm not that spooked because I love to Bottom Fish .. but I'm more Bearish than I've been in a while. The ones I hold are not in jeopardy of a massive selloff .. They've already been Dunked a few times.

The 5 YEAR LRC on the NAZ is support at $3052. Remember to do the +/- adjustment.

In my Opinion .. investors will soon realize that .. This IS the Economy that we must deal with today .. and make their selections accordingly. It's a Stock pickers market. Choose well as indices may be too overweight on the Old Leaders.
