Rocket, an odd thought just struck me perusing some Yahoo posts.

Could this small finance package be a precursor to an even larger one? All the buzz this summer was that there would be a package of $350MM-$500MM, not $170MM or so. Maybe these two tiny packages need to be done prior to the final one? Maybe we don't find this out until the end of the month?
