Tom,
The alleged financing deal is probably an exchange of
large blocks of new ADOT stock for cash.
The rate of exchange is sure to be well below current market price.
(10 million in cash for 30 or 40 million shares of ADOT)
This sort of financing is terribly dilutive and destroys
current shareholders equity.
That is probably why you see current insiders jumping ship.
They don't care much for the deal the new insiders are getting.
It would be real nice if some venture capitalist looked at a working board and said,
"Sure, I'll loan you 10 million for that", but I don't think that's the case.
The complete lack of details in the last PR makes me believe
that the details won't be well received.
There were 12m shares of ADOT when I started following it 2
years ago.
Currently there are 60 million shares outstanding.
I won't be surprised if the next SEC filing shows 100 million plus.
