As far as intel vs rambus is concerned.

It is very likely that Intel did a general patent x-license.

Intel has excellent patent guys and should be well protected.

I agree that RDRAM is a bust.

Rambus is a cornered animal.

And thats why they are dangerous.

I frankly have no idea if their patents will be enforceable.

But RMBS has no option IMHO but to sue left and right.

And that's why they could hurt AMD,Transmeta, VIA etc.
