Bilow,
Open your PC and count how many parts come from the US and how many from foreign source. A PC is not just CPU & memory. All the other components on the mobo, power supply, CD, HD, etc... You'll find that 90% of the parts in your PC are made outside the US.

I remember one engineer who had etched on one PCB he had designed, about 7 years ago, the following: "Made in the US with high quality Japanese parts". I'm sure he would change that today to "Made in Taiwan with high quality Japanese parts". LMAO.
