The phone and service worked "fantastic" in the US.. But, I found that when I traveled to Brasil, I could only make calls out on the phone. But was unable to receive calls. Further, on my "African Safari" the phone did not work at all.. etc..

Are you talking about the I* or G* here? Is the "I" yourself or someone else? If G*, when are you talking about?

It's hard to be mendacious when one works with facts

Unless one overworks them.

My point was that if I* would work anywhere, it would work over the poles. Thus, a claim about great service there doesn't mean squat for the rest of the world.

BUT, since I* is probably history, and since nobody has complaints about the quality of G* where it is turned on, (which is, or soon will be that part of the world where almost all of the people live) this will be my last post on the subject of QoS.

Are you off your rocker? I am saying that you said in your post that the phone didn't work very well. Last time I checked your post you claimed you couldn't get a call in Brazil or on and Africa safari.

Never had the displeasure of using an I* phone. Just a G* one, thank God. Have you used a G* phone yet? You ought to if not.

Re: " Iridium did not work in Africe, or Brasil.. In eality, It worked everywhere.. Inclusive of the poles."

As I understood from some Iridium customers, Iridium worked very well only poles, in top of mountains and deserts. Specially in poles. There was problems using it in urban areas, in jungles and in forests. But nobody can't claim, that it did not work at all on those areas. There was lot of call drops and difficulties to get the signal.
