You didn't answer any of my questions. If you can't force morality on others how can you force a prohibition of the things I mentioned on others? If law is totally seperate from moral ideas then anything can be passed as a law includeing imposing someone's morality on others. Your opinion that "moral judgements should not be forced on others", is itself a moral judgement. The laws prohibiting murder, and rape, and theft and such are also largely based on moral judgements.
