Are you talking about the market. Bush and Reagan took credit for their market and Clinton's is better. Comment?

The past eight years were textbook perfect for a presidency, except for Clinton's peccadillos which his enemies shed so much light on. Notice though the GOP speaker of the house had to resign during the impeachment scare. He was just one of many politicians in DC who had extra-marital affairs. But Gore had nothing to do with it so that's a dead issue.
