Is dead. Only forgot to lay down. The ADSL spike -ADSL taking the low hanging fruit- you're seeing now is prompt by the CLEC attack. Life is being squeezed out of the CLECs who were who created the ADSL spike you are seeing.

Look to the Covad's, Northpoint's and Rhythms Netconnections of this world. They created that spike and the telcos will not allow that to go on.
