Thanks for the update! Your knowledge of law is obviously better than mine!! To be honest, you can use legal terms that I am not familiar with and fool me cause I have little knowledge of most legal language.

Are you saying that we don't need Tort reform? I would be against any law that stopped plaintiff's from hiring an attorney on contingency cause I think that would only allow wealthier individuals their day in court.
