It was 500000 shares split with vulcan ventures and 500000 warrants at 33 also split with vulcan....the split on the warrants was 130000 for go2net and 370000 for vulcan...don't know the split on the shares but I would think probably the same.....when go2net was go2net this would have been big news but now hooked into insp its just a little blip

HO-MEE, How does earnings work if the merger is finalized on Thurs ? Do we report as INSP on the 23rd ?
I'm pissed about the merger being sealed prior to GNET reporting as a seperate company. Strong sales this Q make for another blowout if we don't add in Naveen's debt.
