The military is at their lowest state of readiness, and it didn't have to be this way...When clinton/Gore took over, the military was at its peak and well honed machine.. Now they don't have bullets for the reserves to practice. Very sad state of affairs...If Gore were to get in, he would continue the status quo...he already told Bush we have the best military in the world, which we do, but not because of anything they have done.
