Q has said all along they are waiting for a list of approved manufacturers from the Chinese government. That would be a start, next I expect a big order to Lucent since they are supposedly a prefered vendor. Lastly I expect an announcement from either the MII or Unicom that they are starting the buildout of a narrowband CDMA system, this of which I give the least amount of credence and importance, since they tend to speak out of both sides of their mouths.
