Question ... anyone:

I've seen snatches here and there on boards/finance news sites referencing the 'fact' that the Feds are 'hamstrung' to take any action before the U.S. elections Nov. 7.

Is this true and if so, WHY?

Bonnie, FWIW, I'm not sure we can lay all this on Greenspan's door.

Looking back on it I don't think he even started the ball rolling just like I don't think he can stop it now.

This monster has a mind of its own and I fear it won't turn until after the election which leaves precious little time for a fall rally.

BWDIK anyway. I just hope to hell that I know diddley squat
and this bear goes into hibernation on October 16th.

Sigh.
