Beautiful Rudi, I stand by what I said, but should note that my answer stating that I believed all conditions have been satisfied assumed that the merger would be approved by both entities on 10/12, those events constituting the final condition. I did not say it would be immediate thereafter, but that it could be, because every additional step toward final closing is ministerial. I did not address the issue of separate quarterly reports. HO-MEE suggests they would be separate because the quarter ended 9/30 and the vote will take place afterward. I believe that to be correct. I do not know whether there might be room for a consolidated pro forma 3Q report incorporating both quarterlies, as someone suggested about a month ago.
