Perhaps you could list a couple of the best ones for us. "I have nothing against Christians, Atheists, Buddhists...or anyone else.." I see, and that's why you continue to post only anti Christian links and quotes that are inflammatory and insulting not to mention blasphemous. How about some anti Buddhist posts? "I do not see an openness to incorporate ideas that might put your fundamental dogma at risk" I don't see any openness in you either. You seem to me to be at least as dogmatic as I am only I, at least have the honesty to admit it and not hide behind some feigned agnosticism every time I'm pressed. If you really do not know, then concede that I may be right. If you know that I'm wrong then at least you know something. "I don't consider faith to apply merely to God nor to ultimacy. I just consider it to be belief without reason" . If that is your definition of faith then we agree. Faith (the Biblical kind) is not a "leap" into the abyss of irrationality , but rather a reasoned response or trust in that which has already been demonstrated to be trustworthy. God has revealed himself in more than just the Bible. He has shown himself to us first, through Creation, conscience, and common grace, then through his word, and ultimately through Jesus Christ in the incarnation, substitutionary atonement, and resurrection from the dead. Soon He will complete that revelation by returning to this earth to rule and reign for a thousand years. Ultimately all evil will be expunged from the universe. "that many of these millions killed in the name of Christianity, would not have been tortured and murdered without the sanction and justification of the bible." Do you really believe that? People will find an excuse for what their evil hearts desire to do. They will of course use whatever means they have available to justify their evil deeds, but they do not need the Bible for that. Got to run, have a good day. Greg
