Seriously Is this guy for real? Three times you are out. That is applicable even for minor criminals. But why board of directors of this company with tens of billions of dollars in revenue and millions of public invested in with the assumption that these high paid officials will be smart enough to work and act on their mistakes. Where is public trust on these CEOs? The best course of remedy is, if I were McGinn, is to get out without even looking back to a remote island where the name Lucent may not be heard anymore. How can a person with this much exposure keep making blunders after blunders? I think the whole sales and high level management team at Lucent should fired en mass. Imagine if you are a small hard working employee there and make mistake in meeting a critical deadline? I am speechless and becoming heartless. -Nat
